Great Product!
Makes a great fish batter and works with Lemon-Lime soda if you can't use the beer. After mixing, place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes or so and if you are cooking a lot of fish, mix in smaller batches so that the batter is kept cold. That is the secret to making the batter stick to the fish. Adding some Old Bay doesn't hurt either.

Fish Fry Batter
This is by far the best fish fry. Thankfully Walmart sells it. Very hard to find from NC to MD. Tried others and they are not the same.
