So far so good. Been taking these over a week %26 I'm sleeping better. I actually started taking magnesium for my brain health as this particular type magnesium is supposed to deter dementia %26 the like. Better sleep is definitely a bonus!

i never received my product by mail when it said it was delivered to post office. i called twice and they told me they would reach out to the seller, which i never heard from them. so in all very dissatisfied cause i never even got a refund for this product either. I will no longer buy any product from this seller ever again.
