Sleep Like a Baby
I find that I am sleeping much better and for longer when I take this stuff. I'm sure it has other benefits, but a good nights sleep is the best thing for whatever is bothering you.

So far so good
This seems to be helping my muscle cramps and restless leg syndrom so great. But even with food my heartburn has gotten terrible. Don't know which is worse.

Not thrilled with the size of the capsules! But they seem to be doing their job. I haven't had any leg cramps which is a Great thing!
