Mainstays Gray Upholstered Square Tufted Platform Bed, King, No Box Spring Needed

Pros: Item came well packed with no damage. Easy to follow instructions with text and pictures for each step. Assembly took 45 minutes. No missing parts! All parts were labeled correctly and matched up with the assembly instructions. Did not have to force ant part of the assembly. Platform is very solid. A small ratchet is included and helps with speedy assembly. Headboard height adjustability is a nice feature. I paired the platform with a 12" foam mattress and the mid headboard setting is perfect for me. No sharp edges to snag mattress protector or sheets. Cons: None

Not sure what this “GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR” talk is about i order king size it got delivered the next day, i had 0 problems was able to put it together by myself in under a hour, everything fits perfectly almost too perfect well worth the price

Very good quality. My grandchildren love their new beds. Coming from toddler beds to these beautiful new twin beds my grandchildren that are five and six years old feel like they have a big kids room now 🤩

Very surprised on quality for the price. Seems very sturdy. Perfect height with a 10 inch mattress on top. Was not hard to put together 1 and a half hours by myself. Highly recommend.

Very easy assembly! 1 person approx 30 minutes. Comes with a cute little rachet. Very sturdy and sleek. Not sure if needed, but I'm still using my low profile boxspring.

I love this bedframe! When it first arrived, I believed I accidentally received a fill size instead of a queen because the box was so small, but it was a queen and thankfully. The instruction video did not help since it failed to show what to do with the screws. The instructions weren't much help either. Once I found a good video online with someone detailing the set up and where the screws go, I actually enjoyed putting it together. Although it did take a long time because of that and completing it by myself, someone who has never put anything together. My son plays college football, so he is a big boy at 6'2" and 240lbs and he loves it. The queen mattress fits perfectly. The headboard is classy I added some strip LED lighting to it and it's such a nice frame I ordered a second one the next day for our spare bedroom.

What bothers me the most is the platform which is made of metal not wood planks. So before my bed had a chance to settle in it was slipping around quite a bit but thankfully, I have a gel mattress so it has settled in between the metal racks and hasn’t moved. I’m much prefer wooden planks.

I took a chance buying this only because it was WALMART and I know they’re not petty. Delivery went well. Started putting the bed together. At the end of the process, putting on the headboard and the holes do NOT line up. 2” off. So if you put the headboard on first before tightening up the bottom, the bottom will NOT LINE UP. So i tightened up the bottom 1st because I need that right for the mattress to fit and the headboard is off 2 inches. Called Walmart CS %26 they gave me 2 option, return for refund, or a partial refund and $25 gift card. I took the partial refund and drilled some holes %26 made it work. It’s off but for the price I paid, I’ll deal with it. You get what you pay for. Probably be worse if I take back %26 order another one. Very unsatisfied.

spent hours putting together, just to have It got fit together up by headboard. very frustrating. now i have to take apart to return so i can get my money back

Got this bed frame literally a week previous to my due date for my last kid. Came missing bolts. Put it together anyway. Put the standard king mattress on it. It’s 3 inches short. So I measured to make sure because I specifically made sure the specifications for both were correct so I wouldn’t run into this. Nope it’s the frame. So now I’m being told oh you take it apart and we’ll pick it up and send replacement. I said hello I’m 39 weeks pregnant days away from delivery and there’s no solution and I had to buy bolts.
