Mainstays Indoor Metal Folding Stool with Slat Back and Microfiber Seat

NOT what I was expecting. Not at all. This is heavy duty and sooooo good lookin. Looks fantastic in the kitchen with a few black appliances. I bought for food preparation. Definitely a high quality find. The item picture on website doesn't look like anything this good.

My senior dad likes to sit on a barstool while cooking. His old barstool was wobbly, so I upgraded it to this folding one. It takes up less space by folding it when not in use. The metal legs help with puppies that chew everything. It was a little pricey, but my dad has been happy with this chair.

This tall stool is nice and very sturdy, great back support, pops right out of the box fully assembled already, i can easily carry it to my car if i need to cart it somewhere.

Stool arrived as described in 1 piece/assembled. It's well constructed, sturdy!! Stool easily folds out for use and folds back up for easy storage. Stool is perfect height to work at my kitchen counter top.

Very nice. It was shipped very carefully and well. I suppose it depends on where it ships from but I have added a photo of it in the box as well. Comes fully assembled and folds up nicely.

I have a bad back, which makes it difficult to do any cooking that requires extensive stirring, chopping things, etc. This stool is the perfect height and, because it has a back, makes it possible for me to do things. Plus, it's very light, so I can easily move it around.

We love that it has a back. The seat itself is very comfortable. I feel secure when I sit down on it - thumbs up for sturdiness.

Easy to slip and fall because it's so high. Ok for tall people. But may be a hazard for short people like me

Super duper hard seat! Oh wow it was like sitting on a rock. The first stool we got were so damaged we could not believe they were packaged all damaged and the other 2 were perfect no damage but ohhh so hard to sit on no foam

It is a shame that this product arrived damaged. It is also missing a cap on the end of the back of the chair. I fully blame the horrible shipping packaging which I had read about in other reviews. It came with two pieces of flat cardboard on either side of the product and then packing tape wrapped around the two flat cardboard pieces in 8 spots. Various parts of the chair were poking out of the package. Easy for the chair to get banged up and for parts to break or fall off like the end cap. What a shame. Could be a nice product if someone knew how to package these in an enclosed box like normal.
