Mainstays Small Space Junior Twin over Full Low Profile Metal Bunk Bed, Black

This bunkbed was very easy to put together. The instructions say you would need two people and it will take about an hour and a half I did it by myself and took about just as long. Very sturdy and my kids have already put get used to it

I did not expect this bed to be so well manufactured! It came with extra pieces (saved, not needed), all of the bolts locked tight, and this is not cheap metal that won't hold. We put 2 grown adults on the bottom and it held firm. I especially love the ease and sturdyness of the latter. I will buy again for my other bedroom.

The bunk bed took about 3 hours to put together between 2 people. The instructions were very clear and all the parts were included making it fairly simple to assemble. My 10 and 12 year old have both used the bed now for about 3 weeks with no incidents. I was concerned for the price if it would be sturdy enough and it certainly met our expectations.

Well its great for my boys but if you're a single mom like me then call a strong friend over to help you move it! Its sooo heavy, which was only mostly a problem because it was delivered to the wrong apartment and it was a struggle for me to get it back. But I was able to get it all put together step by step and its been 5 months so far and havent had a problem out of it, and I have 2 rowdy boys! It was a really great affordable option

I am an adult and I bought this for me. I have a small house there isn't any storage. So the solution was buying a loft bed problem is, unless I want to spend a lot there weren't any twin beds that could hold more than 200lbs. The idea was I could create space by being above space. So I went with this bed, because the full size bed under the twin could hold more weight and it isn't 6ft tall. I use the twin bed area as storage for my totes. There is a couple of problems I had to get a 6" mattress for the bottom bed, because the bed overall isn't that tall and the distance between the full and twin is shorter. I had an 10" mattress, but after bang my head a couple of times on the twin bed, I decided to go with a 6" mattress. the other problem again is height when I get up in the morning the distance between the mattress and the floor is about a foot, makes it difficult to stand up, but I manage. In hindsight I should have gone with a taller twin over full or over a futon. No biggie, live and learn.

Solid bed for the price, I should have read the dimensions because we were quite surprised with how short/low the bed and bunk were. I was expecting it to be much higher in height but can't complain for the price. Easy enough to put together and seems solid.

IT IS SHORT!!!!!!!! I am 5'5 it is shorter than i am. Makes lots of noise at night, when they move. They complain about it. The mattress sit on top of the at the bottom and slides.

This item we have purchased is super small and low to the floor. This would probably be good for very young children under the age ten. This is the smallest bunk bed i have seen. Not much space from one bed to another. it should not be used for a child over 9. As it would be hard to sit up. An one inch from the floor.

I don’t no what in the world Walmart sent me this bed legs is 4’ tall that’s putting the second bunk at 2’ an about 8’inches off the floor....I’m very unsatisfied

the bed is too small for my daughter her legs hang off the bottom it's just too small and sits too low to the ground want my money back I don't know how I would send it back because I don't have the box anymore
