Ma sha, you gotta get chew some.
I love fresh cooked crackling and this is the real thing. It is like stopping at one of those Cajun stores that sells Cajun specialty meats and frsh crackling by the cash register, the one you stop at everything you passing by the place. I really appreciate that they are not hard on the teeth.

Spicy flavor was OK. But texture was too hard.
The flavor profile was fine , but they were too hard. Although crackling is supposed to be crunchy. It is not supposed to be like chewing on rocks. Your spaciness or spice blend was fine.
