I use this to prep most of my proteins, from chicken to pork, and even fish. A light coating goes a long way, especially for various fish and seafood dishes. I use a little heavier coating for chicken and pork, letting them marinate for a few hours in the fridge before bringing to room temperature and cooking them. I love this stuff!

this stuff is great! use it on anything and everything... accidentally got some in my glass of iced tea, I'm not kidding, and it was oddly good. eggs beg for it. salmon won't swim without it. soup will sing with some. air tastes way better with some, serious. it's become a staple, I buy this before salt.

Love Tony's! I used to buy it all the time 30 years ago when I lived in the South. However, when I moved to Idaho it disappeared from store shelves until about 10 years ago I noticed it in Walmart. I quickly became a fan again.

Quality has changed for worse. Terrible taste now. Far too salty! Salt taste overpowers the creole flavor. Packaging quality has also deteriorated. The container dropped to the floor and the red sifter device broke. I was able to repackage the seasoning into an empty jar. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN.
