Margaret Holmes Seasoned Mixed Greens, Canned Vegetables, 27 oz

Actually I love all of Margaret Holmes' products - they're quite tasty. But her mixed greens are good enough to eat as an in-between meal snack (to me), packing a lot of vitamin and mineral punch with very few calories. Because I have to watch my diet, I do rinse them first because canning generally adds a lot of sodium. And once opened, I put them in sealed plastic containers, where they will last in the refrigerator for more than a week.

These are the best. I put a couple of cans of these a little onion and some bacon in my instapot to cook for 20 min. and tbey taste like fresh greens out of the garden.

If you are like me and don't really care abut eating veggie, well then you should try these because they are very good, I was truly surprised at the how great they tasted

Taste like the way I made my family long ago and it took hours to prepare. Now I just open a can and get the same flavor. I don't buy other brands because they are not good.. I tell others about them .

Cooked very well good taste of pot liquor perfectly seasoned No long cook time ready when cornbread is ready a great buy . No fussing all am for a good meal. Love it!

This is the better of the two large can brands featured at most Walmarts, better seasoned and more flavorable. Very tasty and satisfying.

I rinse them to wash away preservatives and some of the seasoning. Still very seasoned. I've all I love them. Four stars on value as I don't think anything these days is worth what people are paying what with all the junk going on around the world. Mho

Seasoning is too strong for me, but my husband likes them. This is Specific for Margaret Holmes brand.

The product is good, but did not realize the product would be shipped from another State which incurred expensive shipping costs and time especially when I can buy the product at the local Walmart along with other groceries I bought and were delivered . I will not be purchasing this item again .

Hiked Price from 1.88 to 2.37 overnight. Also started adding more water and less greens. I had about 12 cans that were 50/50 water to greens. Spoke with customer service. Might as well talk to a wall.
