The only negative thing was that the directions were lacking. However, we were able to figure out how to put it together on our own. The bike is definitely worth the price. And it's really nice looking. It's just a cruiser for around the neighborhood. I do recommend.

Very easy to assemble. Looks really nice and built out of quality material. Rides very smooth. Well worth the money. Also recieved in time for Christmas. Very happy and satisfied with this product.

well build bike. looks great. easy to ride. a bit difficult to assemble. the written instructions are not very clear. had to lookup youtube for detailed instructions. took about 1 hr to assemble.

Fairly easy to put together but we need to realign the front fender as it's rubbing against the front tire. I don't know if this is our own fault or a product issue. The kickstand is hard to move but I think most kick stands are designed like this now. My daughter picked this out compared to other (more expensive) options because it looks so good.

It was easy to put together, it has a nice ride (noted after one test ride on lightly cracked pavement), the basket held my keys and glasses fine and they didn't bounce out of the basket while riding, the seat is easy to adjust and needs no tools (this is my favorite feature), the seat cushion is soft enough that being uncomfortable didn't come to mind while I was riding. i would have preferred about 30-40 bucks cheaper for the quality and what you get, but its okay I've already purchased it and eill keep it.

I love the look and feel of the bike. Unfortunately, i received the product damaged and will be forced to return due to the seller inability to ship replacement item

Ordered from the company and they use FedEx, which is the worst shipping company ever it was delayed two times and I canceled it and they still delivered it and I just now was able to get it back to FedEx two weeks later because of the company not giving me a printing label Walmart messing around take it forever to do stuff so this company will not get my business, especially if they deal with FedEx because FedEx keeps delaying every single thing everybody else's stuff comes here except for FedEx stuff

I bought this bike thinking it was a good and safe investment. Wrong! It doesn't matter how tight you turn the screw for the handle bar, it loosen on its own. That's very dangerous especially when you're turn a corner and your wheel is straight and the handle bar stays at an angel. The assembly instructions that came with the bike is total crap. It's better to watch the youtube video. I'm really disappointed and seriously thinking about sensing it back.
