POVANLI 24" City Bike for 8-12 Years Old, Steel Frame Bike, Bike with Basket Mint Green

This bike looks great and rides great. Assembly was as expected. The only problem is the tire tube got a split in it after only a few rides. No puncture or hard riding. Just cheap, I guess.

The bike was as described, however, the rear tube had a hole in it and would not take air. Immediately took the tube to the local Walmart to get a replacement tube on Christmas Eve , as this was a gift for my granddaughter, and they would not give me one. End it up having to pay for it which was not right. I was mistaken in thinking Walmart would stand behind this product.

basket is bent and does not have any straps to attach it to the bike. The brake cable is in the way of where the basket would go. Feels like if dropped it would come apart.

Without getting into all the details. I just want to tell everyone out there. Don't buy something like this without seeing it in person. This company zukca stay away from all it is is cheap crap . Probably would be better off if you want cheap go to temu

Wrong part sent in box. Handlebars face wrong direction. I’ve installed as per instructions and they face the wrong way. The part is welded on, so you can’t turn it around. Wasted 2 hours pitting this thing together and it’s not something my little girl can ride. So frustrated and annoyed.

Missing assembly pieces.

This was a gift!!! It's so disappointing I purchased for my friend's daughter for transportation to and from SCHOOL. It fell apart the handle bar goes loose, the pedalas are falling apart. Had to take it to a bike repair shop spent more than I paid... total waste can't return and Will never buy again. I could care less about your product She was soo excited to get this and back to square one besides the fact I choose YELLOW and it changed too. I have never been so angry over a product. and there's no resolve.

Looks great but is garbage. NOT suitable for even an 11 year old, so the 13 is a LIE, Missing pieces %26 good luck with the directions, luckily, there's a youtube video. They WILL NOT let you returnt either FYI!!!!

It is incredibly difficult to ride. The seat is painful—it’s not comfortable at all. Since I’ve already disassembled and reassembled it, I’m not sure how to go about returning it; otherwise, I would have sent it back ages ago.

Ever since putting this bike together for Christmas for our daughter we’ve had nothing but trouble. The chain pops off constantly. More trouble than it’s worth.
