I bought these for myself and my children. I would rather be safe and have them on hand in case of a fire. I hung mine on the door under my sink. It comes with a hole for easy hanging. I also like that the directions are written on the outside. I am going to order more to put in my garage and RV.

I bought these Fire Blankets for my sister . I bought a space heater for her for Xmas %26 the fire blanket to go with it. She also has a gas stove %26 I feel better knowing she has added safety in case of a Fire emergency. Fortunately we have not needed them yet.

Hope no one has to use these, but I gave them out to family members at Christmas. The younger ones (30ish) with new houses were really impressed and kept commenting that it was a great gift. Ordering more because I didn't save one for myself, lol.

We haven't had a fire so I am unable to say whether it worked. I am assuming that it is an excellent product and sincerely hope that it is. I am giving it 5 stars as it says it is an excellent product and no one posted any complaints. I think we all need something like this in the kitchen. I believe that it is easier to use than the heavy fire extinguishers. I am still not sure that I can pull the ring and know how to operate the fire extinguishers we have and I know I can pull the tags and use a fire blanket. This one is going to be a Christmas present for my daughter.

I was very happy to receive these fire blankets. I plan to use them as gifts my grandchildren for Christmas. The instructions are clearly written and easily understood. You can never be too safe in the case of fire. I'll feel so much better when I know my children and grandchildren have one of these fire blankets in their kitchens.

I haven't use them yet but I am confident it will help us feel secure for having this in our house especially the kitchen area. I am Giving them go my family and friends for Christmas.

I like the size of it because it will cover the entire stove top to insure all areas of the stove are kept oxygen free, and therefore extinguishes the fire.

I never had luck in keeping up the fire extinguishers so I decided to try the blankets I ordered. Hope I never have to use them, but am glad there here with me now.

Have not used. But purchased for entire family. Hope we never have to use them. But it gives me peace of mind to know we have in case of emergency

The image shown is not what you get. There was no big bright lettering on the ones I got. I got the regular bags and blankets that you can buy for %6 each that said, the item itself is useful, and ideal for home use against fire. I gave one to a friend last year. she said she used it on a small kitchen fire. Thise things can be used to put out a barbeque fire.
