I Like all the Martha White mixes, quick %26 quick to make for a simple cake treat. I use two pouches at a time %26 put in a 9 inch cake pan so its nice %26 full, frost it with a simple powdered sugar frosting. What I really like is it just takes milk to make nothing else.
Quick and easy banana bread muffins. Just add 1/2 cup of milk, one egg, mix it well and put it in the muffin pan. I always cook mine for 21 minutes rather than the 14-16 that the instructions call for. Maybe my oven temp is off, but I do like mine well-browned. You just can't beat it for a quick and fresh snack.
This banana nut muffin mix is absolutely tasty, delicious, amazing and a nice treat. I always buy several from the Martha White brand and have them in my pantry.
Banana Nut muffins are great for a cold winter day. I usually like to eat them with hot chocolate with the little marshmallows. This is a great way to start your day. Try them you will like them.
Love Love Love this product……easy, great tasting and just enough for 2 people….gone before it gets old…would recommend 1000 times….great job Martha white for all your products ❤️
I enhanced the product just a bit. I had one banana and a half a cup of crushed walnuts makes this really taste like homemade not a pack so give it a try you'll love it.
Experimented to make the muffin. It smells good and taste delicious. After following oven instructions, the muffin was burned on the bottom by using cupcake wrappers.
I like that it is banana bread and has a bit of the banana bread flavor and consistency but that's where my love affair ends. I like more banana flavor so it put in a smooshed up real banana, a little banana pudding, and I am also partial to walnuts. All that being said, it's a good base to start for banana bread, in my opinion. Peace.
My husband loves a muffin in his lunchbox for work and it was getting a little too pricey to buy premade from the bakery. I decided to try this brand and make it myself, especially since they're very inexpensive per package. I was able to make a batch of 16 in a cupcake maker with two packages of mix -I added an egg and a cup of milk and an overripe banana. Overall, the texture is very soft. It could be a little more moist, but I think that's just Baker error. I should've probably left it in the cupcake maker a few minutes less. Also, I totally missed the nut part in the description on the bag so when I bit in to the cupcake I was surprised that there were walnuts. I personally do not like walnuts, but it's not like they were big chunks and they were a little bit on the soft side, so that was a good thing. Overall, I don't think I would buy this flavor again, mainly because there's definitely an artificial banana taste. I have blueberry and chocolate chip in my pantry, and I will make those next.
They changed the amount in the box from 8 ounces to 7.4 ounces, but kept the amount of liquid added the same to fool consumers so they do not notice the change. In their efforts to fool the consumer, they changed the recipe since they should have reduced the add-on quantity. The formerly delicious muffins are now flat, dry and tasteless. I believe they also changed the quality of the ingredients used because of the drastic changes for the worse. I will no longer be buying this.
