I bought these gummies for my sister because she says these help her calm down at night to get a good night's rest. My sister suffers from anxiety in a stressful job so any help to encourage some rest is helpful. I've bought three bottles so far and will buy again because my sister says these are EFFECTIVE.

I switched to these from the Extra-Strength Nighttime Multimineral because I just couldn't handle the taste any longer. I do wish there was an extra-strength gummy because I have trouble sleeping & the liquid helped me a lot. I do take 2 gummies at night, but it's not the same.

Never received. Don't think I got a notice that it was on its way either. Need help this time.
