I love this iron, it is easy in my digestive system and has great flavor!! Overall great quality.

It is good for feeling cold all the time and helps my blood levels. But what's super questionable and what I Don't like l, the artificial flavors which is concerning for pregnant people considering what research says. But I'm not pregnant so 5 stars .

I was 7 months pregnant when my Obygn doctor told me my iron was really low. But after taking this iron it helped my iron get back to normal range so I intend to keep taking this iron until the baby's born.

As someone with low iron, I can personally testify that this product works wonders! I've noticed a real difference in my energy levels, and I absolutely love the taste. Highly recommend!

This is a great way to get your daily dose of iron. The after taste takes getting used to but still worth it

I’ve been struggling with absorption from pill vitamins since I was pregnant and got really bad reflux. My levels were staying low even though I was taking a pill. My levels have been higher since taking this liquid version. The taste isn’t terrible either. Definitely still a rust/blood tang, but the berry flavoring helps. And I don’t have gross burps after. I’ve found taking it in a shot glass so it doesn’t hit a certain part of my tongue also keeps from having to taste it.

I appreciate the concept of this liquid iron because i have heard it is effective but i feel it gives me some constipation and the taste is just not my jam...i usually mix it with apple juice or something else.
