It's been a week. The arthritis in my back has subsided quite a bit. So happy I came across Mary Ruths Systemic Enzymes. will definitely purchase again. Organic and small ingredients list are a major PLUS.

This works wonderfully. I use it in the morning, since there is 2-3 hr before/after food listed in the directions. It helps get things moving, without causing any discomfort or urgency. I love this product, and will purchase again.
