Best valerian root supplement
Mary Ruth's organic valerian root extract is the best I ever had! Taste is mild, not strong like most other brands. Easy to take. One bottle last a whole month. No bad additives. Wholesome organic product that even safe for kids. I give it to mine (10 and 14 y. o.) and it helps them to sleep better. Works well for me. Highly recommend!

Stinks but works
My son recommended I take this to help me sleep. He warned me I would not like the taste. Well if you can get past the taste and smell, you will definitely sleep better. I was very skeptical but it actually helped me relax and get rid of the music playing in my head. Take it and brush your teeth right away. Well worth it.

Natural sleep aid
Melatonin gives me a headache and I wanted to try a different natural product for sleep. Dosage is 1/2 dropper and I take right before bed, I have had more restful sleep with less waking up in the night. This is a great and trustworthy brand.

Took the edge off!
This organic supplement took the edge off the EMF jitters. Electromagnetic frequencies cause calcium to flow out of the cells when it shouldn't, and this stuff is a natural remedy to stop that. Thank you so much.

Excellent product! Tastes yummy and helps at night or during the night with sleep issues! Good packaging. Too bad it is expensive. 4 stars only because of the price.

DISGUSTING!
I've used this brand before so I'm not sure what happened. I've also used this product before, I am sure, from another company. This is the MOST AWFUL THING I'VE EVER HAD IN MY HOUSE BESIDES A DEAD ANIMAL!

I cannot honestly say how well this product works because the taste was so bad to me that I tossed the bottle. It may work fine for others.
