More energy
I suffer from non alcoholic fatty liver and am always tired and VERY low energy. Started taking this the day I received it and within 2.5 hours, felt my energy return. Knees didn't hurt when I got up anymore (bi product of of nafl. Safe to say I think this is my new go to for iron supplementation.

I can't say that I love taking this however I imagine it's pretty good for an iron supplement. As far as how it's doing, I would need labs again to see. It seems like a good option without a bunch of sugar or extra stuff in it but still tastes decent. 😊

Easy absorption
Great solution for people who have difficulty absorbing iron through pills. Doesn't have the difficult side effect.

Great taste
Tasted great which makes it easy way to get Iron added to your diet. Most Iron Supplements are hard on your stomach and leave you feeling nauseous

Hopeful for good results
If you are looking for a liquid iron, this one has a pretty good taste, with a slight iron aftertaste. I am looking forward to improved absorption and gentle digestion because I want my 19 year old daughter to start taking as well as she said other irons bother her stomach. I will have to report back about that. This one is supposed to be able to be taken by even a child.... of course it has the dosage for each age group.
