My son has trouble sleeping and was taking a low dose of melatonin for too long. Mary Ruth's was recommended to us and it works great! He loves the taste and it helps him fall asleep and stay sleeping all night. I highly recommend this product for anyone trying to replace melatonin.
i do not know if Mary Ruth's liquid nighttime multi mineral supplement is the reason that my leg cramps are less frequent, but since I have taken the supplement, cramps have decreased. I'm not going to stop taking it, because I do not want to find out!
Ever since it came out, I ordered it.I love the taste the texture.It helps me , especially when i'm on my menstrual period it helps me to calm My menstrual cramps and inflammation down and able to sleep and hit my REM zone and just wake up as normal. I already ordered it like three times already.
Very easy way to get your vitamins and mineral s and a great nights sleep without melatonin. Also assists with digestion.
My mom loves this product, she is an elderly person, and she usually doesn't like many vitamins. Your product is great for her and the morning vitamins as well.

This product line is new to me. The taste is fine. I mix it with Glucerna %26 Equal. I want the minerals %26 to see if this product will help with sleep. Many nights it does not help but other nights it does. I have now tried 2'other drops for sleep %26 the taste is horrible. One of them made me nauseated %26 gave me a headache so I tossed it. I will continue to work with this one. One idea is that this company sells a lot of liquids %26 they tell you to take 30 ml or cx or 2 Tablespoons. I tired to mark a cup but the mark came off. I did find 30 cx cups at Walmart %26 Amazon. They work but are flimsy. Because these products are expensive I think MaryRuth could afford to add a cup to her liquid products. Or she could sell a single harder 30 cc cup that could be used repeatedly. It confirms a more accurate dose be given.
