It's a nice compliment at my age.
I appreciate supplements such as these because for my age (40 ) it's harder to obtain the amount of vitamins/nutrients I need without working for it. In this case, it helps to just take supplements in my age group.

Good for digestion and minor heartburn!
Have taken these a couple of times. They seem to work well and help my digestion and heartburn is less. Would recommend to anyone needing this type item.

No aftertaste - easy to take
I just started taking them so I haven't noticed a difference so far. However, there is no aftertaste or issues with getting them down and I have a high gag reflex for meds with a strong flavor or odor.
