Never tried this brand before, usually buy natures Brand. This vitamin did not have the coating on it and made my stomach burn, not sure why but cannot take these.

wrong type for bones
I was buying vitamin K for my bones but this was wrong k type despite it saying on label that it is for bones--turns out it's more for blood clotting so I threw it out.

So tiny hard to find it in my mouth-guess they are the same as the red capsules I always had before-will never get these again
