Excellent lock
I bought this lock for my father to use at the gym. He loves it! it opens easy and closes easy and the key does not get stuck in the lock.

Simple, Effective Lock
Love this lock. Works perfectly—easy to open and close, key fits correctly (comes with 2 keys), and fits my gym locker just right.

Quite small lock
Less 1 star because this lock is undersized for the price. I should have more carefully researched the actual body robustness of this item. While the Masterlock quality is there, I wouldn't think this lock adequate for much more than luggage security. Probably OK for a monitored gym locker area but otherwise I wouldn't trust the safety of my wallet or phone to it. Originally purchased this for bike security; just hope it holds up 'til a stronger replacement arrives.

CAN EASILY BE PICKED
Would NOT recommend using this or any masterlock to lock up anything more valuable than a gym locker. During the pandemic I took up lock picking as sort of a means to kill time, needless to say I very soon found out how little effort it takes to pick open most any masterlock. Even a complete novice picker can align the one or two pins needed to open it within SECONDS. Don't believe me? Try it yourself. Combo padlocks > Keyed padlocks
