I like the instruction booklet that came with the package. The installation was completed with ease. As we know it, not everyone is endowed with the skills to install such an apparatus. In the future, provide the cost of installation, by choice, side-by-side, especially if the older men or women are your customers. I mean the person who places an order.

The Master Lock Box was exactly as pictured. It was easy to install, easy to change the combination code and there is PLENTY of room for several keys. I recently bought Schlage locks for my doors and they are terribly designed. It is incredibly easy to lock yourself out. I am delighted with the Master Lock Box and I now have peace of mind knowing that I will never be locked out again!

Can always rely on Master Lock products. I've been purchasing from this company for at least 40 yrs. Whenever i needed any type of lock, I would first see what Master Lock had available to meet my need at the time. This particular lock was especially important because it will be accessed primarily by first responders when i need emergency assistance. It was easy to install by an apartment maintenance worker and i found it very simple to set-up the code. The included instructions were easy to follow. Can't go wrong with this product.

EVerything was wonderful -- until we went to open it for a test. It absolutely could not be opened. I called the company direct the next day and they were MARVELOUS!! They offered to fully refund the purchase OR send another key box. AND understood why I could not return the original product so don't worry about it. It is seldom you run into a company who will 'fix' their problem with no questions or stipulations. I had the second lock box in just a few days. Thank you Master Lock.

The overall size is nice. It was easy to install and was designed to be able to use a power drill to tighten all the screws. What I don't like is the sliding cover over the dials feels flimsy and shifts in the track. Also, the dials are a little hard to see and grasp to rotate. A slightly larger dial would be better and would not make the size of the lock box that much deeper. Because it is a Master Lock product, I do expect it to hold up though. It would have been really great to have a small hook or post on the back wall of the box to be able to hook the key onto

The instructions are not sufficient. I would recommend manipulating the lock before installing it and watching independent YouTube videos. It is a shame because I think the lock could be of better service to first time buyers with a few more cautionary notes. (My lock jammed on first use and it had to be cut off.)
