It is surprising you get what you pay for

you don't need 600mg. only need 100mg
600mg of coq10 is way too much for anyone. you only need 100mg a day. the 600mg made me nauseated and I constantly had a headache. soon as I bought 100mg and dropped down to 100mg daily, no nausea or headaches.
