I gave it as a gift and have recommended it alot. It is a great product. Easy to sit and have it positioned without it moving. It is wonderful for the top of your shoulders because it heat the front as well. ❤️

Loud Massage Modes
Nice product. Heats up very quickly and like the six different massage modes. When it is on massage, it's pretty loud. It's the only drawback.

it mak makes a large loud buzzing sound when it vibrates I did not know it vibrated I do not want to vibrator but it is open and I don't know what to do

Rollers and vibration do not help the correct location of back the rollers hurt the back bones. Was hoping it helped the neck like described , there's barely any heat at the neck wrap it's just in the way! Back to my old heating pad.
