The Thrive Body Wrap for Hot & Cold Therapy is absolutely amazing. As a brain surgery survivor my neck muscles have been cut. That means they spasm a lot. I am often using ice and heat on my neck and shoulders for relief. This wrap works great for that. It goes around my shoulders and lays on the back of my neck exactly where I need it to. It can also be used around the knees, shoulders, elbows and ankles or just about anywhere you need hot or cold relief. I keep mine in a gallon baggie in the freezer sealed for the cooling wrap. You can also use it in the microwave for the moist heat. The wrap has a cover on it that is soft and velvet like. It actually makes it more cozy to use. The cover has velcro patches so it can be removed to be washed. There were instructions included that tell you exactly how to use the wrap for moist heat or cooling. This is definitely one of my favorite products I've gotten in a while. I definitely recommend it to those who use hot or cold relief on their muscles.

This wrap is awesome! It is the perfect hot cold therapy pack. The size is great! I love that it is super flexible so you can manipulate it exactly where you need it to go. It is quick to warm up or cool off if depending on how you need it. It does take longer to cool versus warming up. The cover can also be removed for easy cleaning.

I have had migraines since I was six years old. My child also gets them. We both find ice packs really helpful to use an ice pack on our foreheads and shoulders when we have a migraine, but the ice packs are usually too small. This one is quite large and stays in place, which we love. The fabric is soft and comfortable. I strongly recommend this product.

these things are hard to find so it was good to finally get one. It's super heavy though, and it doesn't stay cold very long. That said, I am not unhappy with it

The idea and design are great; however, the clay beads shift to one end or another making it difficult for the entire length of the cover to be effectively cold. It is like a down quilt without the sewn box squares to keep each panel of feathers evenly in place. Other than this bothersome problem, thing works.

This is not a gel pack that is lightweight and easy to use. It has clay beads. They take longer to heat and cool and are very heavy! The good news is it also stays hot and cold longer. I use it for migraines and it feels really good on my neck and back of my head. I use it when I have a bad one that I am going to lie down with. Its too heavy to wrap around my neck and carry around. If I'm planning to keep going, ill grab a gel pack.

DOES NOT get cold enough and only feels cool for less than 5 minutes.

Delivered in a bag with half the filling missing! It was not worth the price! Not at all what I expected!
