I bought one of these a couple years ago. It lasted quite a long time and you could wash it in wash machine so that's why I went ahead and bought this brand cause I know the last a while and also I like the material. I don't like the plastic heating pads so I'm satisfied with this one. I just started using it today.

I bought this heating pad because of the size. It's a very good size. It covers all my back and part of neck which is great when my back is acting up . Don't have to keep moving it around nice size. A nice feature is the automatic shut off, and has a nice feel to it. nice product

Easy to use....instructions easy to follow...Neck and all body parts I apply to were releaved of pain and discomfort,,,Easy to clean and output was perfect for me

I love this heating pad. This is the second time I ordered one. The first one lasted a long time. And I run mine constantly on high heat so that saying something lol The second one that came in just as good just as nice. Highly recommend this to anybody out there that wants a big and really nice one.

LOVE IT!!!!! I HAVE SEVERE BACK PROBLEMS. IN THE PAST I WOULD USE A REGULAR HEATING PAD ON MY BACK, BUT THEY WERE NEVER ABLE TO MORE THAN ONE TROUBLE SPOT ON MY BACK. THIS BIG HEATING PAD COVERS MY LOWER BACK AND UPPER BACK AT THE SAME TIME. USE IT EVERY DAY, AND LOVE IT! THANKS

I bought this for my fiancé for Christmas. He ended up getting really sick a few days later and the heating pad has been a blessing for him. He’s had it on for most of the past few days and thanked me several times for buying it. It’s a really good size and the color is nice too.

I needed a new heating pad and when I saw this one I knew I needed to try it. I have scoliosis and my muscles tense up and I alternate between heat and cold. This is large enough for my whole back and it’s nice and soft. The cord is long enough that I can use it in bed. The important feature is that it has an automatic shutdown after 2 hours so you can use it and go to sleep and not worry about burning yourself

Over all this pad works but the way the cord and switch are made , makes it awkward to use. When trying to place on area the cord gets in the way of positioning. As soon as I an afford a different one with different switch assembly, I will be purchasing it.

I've been looking for a good and reliable heating pad for a little while. I ordered this one because of the good reviews and the great price. However, this one was just a little disappointing. The size is the only great thing about it. I have chronic back pain and have been using a heating pad for many years, trying to take fewer medications. A good heating pad beats all these medications, but the only problem is the risk of burning, as has happened in the past. This is not a heating pad for deep-tissue treatment; it's more like a foot warmer. I give it 6 out of 10 stars for heat. I also tried the Pure brand, which had the best reviews. It was great for comfort and provided good heat, so I gave it 8 out of 10 stars for heat. I guess I'll have to go back to my old brand, Sunbeam, which gives great heat but lacks size and is a downer. I didn't want to pay $80.00 for a new heating pad; that's a little crazy.

The product, which is although nice,worked for only a few days and then all of a sudden it stopped warming,and wouldn’t start again!! I was so looking forward for it,to help, because I suffer with chronic pain in my legs and knees,due to my Osteoarthritis ,and neuropathy!! I am somewhat concerned that it just stopped working ,it would get extremely hot even on the normal settings , and would feel super hot all of a sudden! I would have to adjust it’ I’m glad that nothing serious,or worse didn’t happen with it !! I’m sure it was a just a small defect !
