Maxwell House Original Roast Instant Coffee, 8 oz Jar

Maxwell House coffee is one of my favorite instant coffees. I enjoy the smooth taste and the ease of preparation. Lately I've been buying two or three different brands of instant coffee and making my own blend but i always keep a jar of the original Maxwell House to enjoy as is. It gets me going in the morning and the best part is I can have a cup anytime with no effort or mess, just boil some water and add to my favorite mug. It definitely meets all my coffee needs and my special blend I make is pretty good too.

This is my brand of coffee. People just keep in mind that if some coffees bloat you then try a different kind of coffee it's the bean that the coffee is made with. Some cola soft drinks are the same way to much carbon in them especially fountain drinks. Some fountain drinks are good. I could never get the same good fountain drink twice.

I used hot water from my coffee maker and it worked well to dissolve and mix well. The packaging is ok, seemed a little flimsy but I’m going to transfer it out if the plastic container anyway.

I liked the coffee. I got this one thinking it would be perfect for me but I wish the flavor was stronger. I would say it's mild.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travel frequently so having instant coffee on hand is a game changer. Maxwell house is a classic. Price went up but so has everything else so that is to be expected. Blends easily and with one scoop it's perfect (too much and it's too bitter).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Classical, recognizable Maxwell taste - not luxurious, but a bit nostalgic. Dissolves well in hot or cold water, but not my favorite on its own. Good addition if cooking though. Made overnight oats with cocoa powder and it worked great in it. Classical package, signature blue lid.

I have ordered this item before. Today I received four jars of Maxwell House instant coffee and one of the jars was opened and the seal was punctured.
