It was super easy to use this product and I found it very user-friendly. I had no issues at all getting it set up. I love all the safety features that it includes. And I liked that I could use it on multiple devices. Definitely would recommend for people looking up the security on their devices.

I've been using McAfee Total Protection for a few days now, and so far, I'm really impressed. The installation was quick and easy, and the software runs smoothly in the background without slowing down my computer. Even in just a short time, it's already blocked a few risky sites and flagged some suspicious files — which makes me feel a lot more secure online. I did not like the fact that I had to put in my card number for the following year's subscription before I could install the software. The cost for the next year is a lot more than what I paid for this year. I will have to cancel before my subscription ends next year so I won't be charged again. I wish I had bought the AVG software that I had last year.

It made my computer slow and has pop-up ads. It takes forever to load internet pages a lot of the time. At times it is almost like having dial-up Internet service.

I never received this product. The customer service representative notes said it was lost after being received, but he told me that there was a mixup when they tried to deliver it. He said he was going to replace it, which he did, but I did not receive the necessary email instructions again.

Initially the installation link that was sent to my email to install, that did not work. Called technical support. The rep. wanted to grant him remote access to my computer. Told him I did not approve of that. Just show me how to install it. When the agent was showing me how to install it myself, he sent another link to my email to give him remote access . I declined to give him access and told him I previously told him I did not approve of this . Agent on the phone was rude and told me he had the recording that said I did approve . I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied that request. I hung up the phone. I am very disappointed with the rep. at customer support . Since there is no refund for this product, I lost my money.

i bought the membership for mcafee and i never recceived the activation code, i been contacting walmart 8 times and nothing only giving circles, the got the money from my redit card but is hard to make them to return my money or give me my money back, since november 29th 2025, i been having troubles, still waiting for a solution, so never buy it through here.

I'm sure the product is good but I wouldn't know because my link to download never came. i recieved 2 HRBlock links . when I tried to rectify the issue they wouldn't help or refund me the cost.

Didn't use it because you had to agree to a automatic annual renewal which required giving them your credit card number which is a security flaw in it's self. And McAfee plugs your time with Pop Ups. I'll look elsewhere !

never got product. and WALMART refuse to refund after working with theur tech with case %23 and wasn't solve. they sent request for refund , then was told no refund. yes i have copy of interactions, plus have witnesses.
