McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Seasoning Mix, 1.5 oz Packet

Saute fresh sliced white mushrooms and diced green onions in butter. Quick fry the sliced meat (fillet or rib eye only). Mix Stoganoff seasoning, extra water, and some Au Jus gravy mix together. Simmer for a few minutes. Then add sour cream and stir. Serve with a side broiled hot dog buns - face up, coated with butter and sesame seeds : ) mmm

I've been using this product for years. I like to cut up steak, and fry it in a little butter until the red is gone, and then dump it in the crock pot with a cup or two of water for several hours. After about an hour, I add the Beef Stroganoff mix, and it not only adds flavor, but it tenderizes the meat. When the meat is tender, I add sour cream and mushroom to taste, and serve it on egg noodles. This is a family favorite. There is a recipe on the packet, but I don't really follow it.

i love this seasoning mix better than other brand ive tried. it makes perfect beef stroganoff. only thing that sucks is when you order 2 packets of mix and you get only 1 and and a different oack of beef stew mix. thats all

This is one of our favorites and a regular in our rotation! I add sliced mushrooms, red cooking wine, salt and pepper to taste and serve over tri-color rotini with garlic bread.. Delicious! I highly recommend!!

The best part was how easy and quick it was to make. In 20 minutes and you have your meal ready to eat. Cook wide egg noodles then spoon meat sauce over the noodles. it was so delicious!

I can make a tasty meal in roughly 30 minutes. I can change it up also, one time I can use Ground Beet and the next time use diced steak, one package of egg noodles, 1 pouch of McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Seasoning Mix, and WaLa... Chow Time!

I really like McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix. It is really a great creamy taste and can be made with many variations. I really like that it does Not have MSG and No artificial flavors but has natural spices. I really love to add mushrooms to this sauce mix. It does contain mushrooms in the packet but nothing like fresh mushrooms add to it for more flavor. You really can add any meat to this and still get that wonderful stroganoff flavor. So feel free to use any meat such as beef roast, ground beef, ground turkey, and shredded chicken. Some fresh green onions, and/or basil and/or tarragon are also a great addition to the flavor the stroganoff. So yummy!!! It is also a pretty fast meal to prepare with the McCormick Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix. The best noodles are the egg noodles but pretty much any pasta would work just giving it slight variations of flavors. So there are many variations to make this Stroganoff meal every week and still not be exactly the same. Great tasting Beef Stroganoff Sauce Mix.
