I received this product for free in exchange for a review. I don't usually go out of my way to buy extracts other than vanilla, but I'm glad I got a chance to try this out because I can now expand my baking options. A little goes a long way, and the peppermint taste is very fresh, not artificial or rancid, which is what worries me about extracts. I would totally buy this after I run out of my sample. I made super yummy double chocolate chip cookies with 2 tsp of mint extract and it tasted like a girls scout cookie. I would recommend this for whatever peppermint flavored creation you want to make.

Such a staple for me!! I like to use actual extract without additives or fillers. That's exactly what McCormick does with this line. The peppermint flavor of this is smooth. I use it to flavor my coffee when I'm craving something Christmasy, I use it to bake, I use it in drinks sometimes. Their extract is great. It's just as flavorful as it should be and I will always pick this over other things on the shelf, and I think that you should too!

I love this peppermint extract. I made this banana chocolate mint bread (not sure why the picture looks yellow lol) and it turned out delicious. The extract doesn't taste fake at all and a little goes a long way. Also added to hot chocolate and it was so yummy
