McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix, 0.75 oz Packet

I'm a diehard slow cooker fan. I like to utilize this packet of gravy with another McCormick gravy such as the onion flavor. I'll mix two packets of gravy with one and a half cups water or broth; as more liquid will be produced in the slow cooker. If I find the gravy thinner than I like after cooking; I add another packet of dry gravy mix as a thickener which also produces a more robust taste.

I've never tried a powdered gravy mix before, but I make small meals in advance for my grandma and didn't have any stock on hand so I thought I'll just give this a try and it was actually pretty tasty! Cut up some fresh mushrooms and sautéed them and added a couple pads of butter and I was really surprised! It does not thicken like a real gravy so if you are going to try the shortcut you're definitely gonna have to add some flour

Always adds what's needed to everything from an oven or crock pot roast to mashed potatoes… I will say the Walmart Great Value version is just as good and cost much less ;)

I am super crazy about McCormick Mushroom Gravy Mix. Sometimes I like to add extra dehydrated mushrooms to it. It's not needed, but it is welcomed. That over mashed potatoes and I am just gone to heaven. It's one of my favorite comfort foods. I can't wait til IT ARRIVES. i SOMETIMES make a meal out of this gravy with mashed potatoes and nothing else. I don't have to eat balanced meals anymore. I'm an empty nester and I love it.

Mushroom gravy is hard to find any more, to my regret! Thank you for carrying it at a decent price. It has that extra flavor boost.

I love this and their other gravies and sauces. One package usually isn't enough and I will often mix their onion gravy with this one in my dishes.

Mushroom gravy is made with beef stock then mushrooms are added. i mean Seriously haters, quit buying it if you dont like it. Some of the same reviews are from ppl buying it over %26 over, %26 complain they hate it....why? just quit buying it, qe know you dont like it after so many times of saying so. MCCORMICK MUSHROOM GRAVY IS THE BEST GRAVY IN PACKET MIX..Its easy, quick %26 delicious if you do it correctly.. I use a whisk to stir %26 mix right before boil %26 simmer.. constantly using whisk %26 have cup of water on standby and add AS NEEDED..Just a tad every so often.. A LITTLE LOVE GOES a LONG WAY PPL!

3 packages were not sealed. Quality in question. Lost the cost of 3 packages, losing the lower cost of buying bulk.

Too many dented cans. And it bothers me. It is almost like they are shipping all of the dented cans to those of us who shop from home. And I feel this is wrong.

This gets the job done and is even better if you add mushrooms to it! I think it's a bit overpriced when you consider you only get one serving from it altho I often split it to get 2 servings depending on what I'm making it for.
