Very nice quality white pepper.. it's a must in soups n stews.

Baking with Black Pepper
I discovered how great some spicy type baked goods can taste when I add white pepper to the recipe. It really kicks things up a notch. Whenever I make Pumpkin Bread, or Spiced Molasses cookies I always add 1/2-1 teaspoon of White Pepper to the other yummy spices like Cinnamon, Clove, or Nutmeg. It's even good in Pumpkin pie as I like my pie with alot of spiced up flavor.

Baking with Black Pepper
Just submitted a review of what I thought was on White Pepper and for some reason once I sent the review it came up showing the headline for Black Pepper, go figure?? Anyway, if this gets through and post directly above the las post I sent, consider it my amendment to what erroneously posted to Black Pepper should have been actually describing my experience with White Pepper....
