McCormick vanilla bean paste is great . I made a cheesecake , a couple pie's and some pastries. what ive tasted so far is delicious. I think grandkids will like them.

mostly sugar
i suppose this is actually my fault for not double checking the ingredients before I bought it, but the main ingredient is sugar. i avoid sugar. if i had realized, i wouldn't have ordered it
