McDavid Sport Ankle Brace w/ Strap Support, Adult, Small, Black

This does the job and I was relieved to find one available at the local store when I needed it immediately. It is shown as a support for athletes but i couldn't even put on my slippers when wearing this. I don't have any shoes i can wear with this on. Not bulky but not like a normal compression sock either.

I can't say enough about this brace! I twisted my ankle last month and couldn't walk comfortably for 2 weeks, although I tried compression braces. After wearing this for 3 days, the pain completely went away. I was afraid to move too quickly and used it for an additional 3 days just to be safe. I haven't had one inkling of pain since!

Comfortable fit. Works as it should, which is to prevent foot-drop. Has a hard insert across the ball of the foot so it doesn't feel 'sloppy' when walking on it. Can adjust the tightness of the brace around and across the ankle and the who diagonal straps that wrap across the foot to the ankle. It doesn't pinch. Tighter keeps the ankle more securely braced against foot drop.

I'm a bus operator and I have to use something like this. This is the third one I bought the only reason why I've had to buy so many is because I get lazy and I don't wanna hand wash it and I'll throw it in the washing machine, but it's a must have if you're somebody who drives.

this ankle brace was perfect! I hurt my ankle and was able to purchase quickly and delivered same day. it was sturdy and kept my ankle in place. i would definitely recommend this.

My husband is walking better and has less pain! He hurt his ankle several years ago and it's full of arthritis and the brace gave him the support he needed!

i bought this due to an ankle sprain but i had to return it. This brace is awesome, the strals around the ankles are strudy and offer a lot of support. The laces give you option to adust how tight you want it to be. the reason i had to return it was due to my wide foot, the area towards the toes was too tight and i felt restricted some blood flow. If you dont have wide feet i suggest you give this a shot

The pic showed it using a boot type lacing which is easier and faster than the traditional way a shoe is laced. Way to cumbersome for what I was looking for.

This support apparatus was so narrow I could not fit my foot into it. I have a standard width foot, so I was surprised at how tight it was. I wear a size 7 womens.
