I'm 6' 8” tall and weigh 315lbs. Rest assured that I can and have put all my weight down on this cane. Very strong cane and can easily extend out further for a much taller person than me! I bet this will work for someone well north of 7' tall. The handle is easy to clean and sanitize unlike the black foam handle canes which you really cannot clean to any real standard. This handle can be wiped or dunked in bleach if you so feel inclined.

I am 6'4" tall, and 265lbs., and purchased this sight unseen after complex hip surgery. I simply purchased the biggest, sturdiest cane I could find online, and boy I was not disappointed. Big and sturdy is an understatement, and just what I need as I learn to walk again. Be advised, this isn't for someone of smaller stature, it is big, and solid, and provides very stable and sure footing for a big person. Best

I will say first off this walking stick is a very good idea two buttons for locking in place best deal I have found in years 6 foot tall and I am in the middle of the cane.

First off, this is a very sturdy, well-made cane with a comfortable, beefy handle along with a large rubber bottom-pad or tip for support. Yea, it's a little heavy (3-lbs) compared to most canes, but not overly heavy, and what I like about this cane is it's rated up to 500-pounds for that extra support. This is not a cheaply made, light-weight cane as most others I have looked at or seen. This cane will get the job done and you will feel secure using it.

I was glad to be able to get the right height for me. In the past I was actually bent forward. Feels great and is quite sturdy.

This is a very sturdy cane with a thick base and handle throughout. Very balanced and does a great job supporting and balancing when a in use. The adjustability is incredibly helpful and locks into place very well and does not move at all. The handle could be a bit softer, but it is a little softer than crutch handles. Personally, I took crutch handle covers I had and put it on this.

This cane is extra-long and is designed for folks over six feet tall. It works well for those folks. It is also designed for use my very obese folks (up to 500 lbs.). So, it is made of steel and therefore is heavier than the usual aluminum medical canes.

This cane is extremely heavy compared to the 8 or 10 canes I have previously purchased. The description is not misleading because it stated that the cane is made of steel. I just didn't realize it would be this heavy. I guess I've always bought aluminum before. I will not return it because I might need to pry a door open or something.

Love the height of this cane but it's extremely heavy, I do mean EXTREMELY heavy. Was going to return but will keep as a spare
