As a retired nurse now having to temporarily use a shower seat this is perfect. I actually left the back and one arm rest off for easy transfer in and out of the tub. the seat gets a bit slippery when soap gets on it so I simply placed a hand towel over the seat when I shower. For the money it is great.

I am suffering from rupture posterior tibial tendon and purchase this fantastic chair to use inside the shower! Easy to assemble and very sturdy my husband uses it now and it is easy to be able to take showers eliminating injuries for sure, no more problems with balance inside the shower.

This was for my mother who has some mobility issues so this was of great help to assist her for showering herself. I feel better that she doesn't have to tey and stand when she can't r/t balance issues.

This chair is not good on an uneven surface like a pebble tile shower floor or a shower with a floor that slopes toward the drain. In one like that the legs folded up under the weight of a 180 pound person. But if you have a fiberglass or cast iron tub it might be sturdy enough.

it is sturdy and roomy enough. while not extremely wide but enough for an average sized person. It was extremely easy to put together and is a decent bath chair for the money

Ordered due to accident and came with missing parts. Walmart was kind enough to message the provider and 1 week later still No response from Medline. We had to purchase additional parts to make the chair work. Very disappointed in Medline. As a healthcare worker, I expected I was ordering from a reliable company.

Your delivery service delivered item in a badly damaged box. Didn't want to take chances, so I returned it. The people pulling, packaging and delivering merchandise need to treat merchandise with integrity and not slam or throw it around. All damaged merchandise that I have returned for refund, has been damaged. Train your people to treat merchandise with integrity. We are paying for it.

Never was able to return this chair even though it was unopened and unused. Beware of unstated return policies. We are stuck with a shower chair that is unneeded.
