Medline Height Adjustable Bath Shower Chair with Backrest, Grey, 400 lb Limit

I am completely satisfied with this product. I would recommend it to anyone. It is very easy to put together and very sturdy.

So very appreciated the fact all assembly was completed other than attaching legs and back. Assembly can oftentimes be a big challenge for older people. Relieved this task was simplified!

it seemed wobbly and all screws were tight. I shortened the legs,and now it feels very secure and I am 300 pounds.

The legs keep moving out wards on the left side front and the right side in the back. I have had to tighten the legs up but each time we sit on it the legs keep losing up. I do not weigh the four hundred pounds it is supposed to hold

Description states it has a 400lb capacity. I do not believe this will sustain that amount of weight for an extended period. It does not seem to be very sturdy.

i never received this chair , instead I got a box of arm slings. I contacted customer service and send it back for my money. Yesterday I got an email saying they never received the item so they charge my credit card again. Never buying anything with this company again. I feel robbed

it says it holds up to 400 pounds and im no where near that weight and i put it together it just snaps together and i took a shower and 1 of the legs bent up and i fell to the shower floor. And you cant even get your money back on it so i just wasted $30....

It's honestly as comfortable as you'd expect a plastic chair to be, it works. However, the legs quickly began to bend and warp making it extremely unsafe to use. So for me this is money in the trash, and no, I'm nowhere near the weight limit for the product. This is unfortunate considering I bought it to make showing while pregnant more tolerable, as I get extremely dizzy while standing under the heat. Also this item Not upholding the weight limit as marketed makes me feel very nervous to even consider trying a different chair at all.

Did not fit in tub. Could not return. I always check to see if it can be returned before purchace. went to return and it cannot be returned. Do not rish the chance it does not fit. find one that can be returned if not what you need.

I returned the first shower chair and got no refund of my 41.90 as promised. 2nd chair was sent and I don't want this one either. Also received double orders on bath mat and handheld shower head. I'm not returning the mat or shower head. Too much hassle. Gave away but want a refund on 2 shower Chairs. Telling everyone I know not to order anything on line unless they plan on buying 2!
