This is going to help me get around. It came quickly through the mail. It was easy to put together. I didn't need any tools to put it together. It rolls smoothly. It's strong to hold me sitting on it. It's wide enough for, but not too wide to good through doors. 👍🏼

Bought this for my grandmother, she will be 98 in May and can handle it with ease. She needed something taller than her previous walker. This walker is SO MUCH BETTER than the model with the tennis balls on the bottom. If your loved one is in need of an easy to use, sturdy and safe walker, do them a favor and purchase this! They'll love you forever! Incredibly easy to assemble- I had it completed in about 10 minutes max. HIGHLY recommend.

This is a must have Rollator as an extra to have on my enclosed porch.. so I can get some steps in and feel safe. It is very sturdy and strong and large enough for me to sit on and take a breather and I Tie my stretch bands on for easy access for doing some resistance stretching on my arms with the Rollator brakes being in locked position, of course. Glad I have this extra one now

Instructions could be a little easier but overall it was relatively easy and quick to assemble. The sturdiness is excellent and the wider seat makes it nice for resting. The maneuverability is great making it much easier ggetting around. Transporting is a little difficult due to the size when collapsed and the fact that it continually tries to open as you lift it to place in a vehicle. (A small velcro strap around the legs to secure them together works wonders).

The rollator itself is great. It's a good solid quality product. The problem was that it arrived with box damaged and missing a front wheel. WM offered no assistance whatsoever to help get the missing part. It fell to the customer to deal with the manufacturer to get the part. Medline was very cooperative in getting the missing part replaced. But, the delay in getting my rollator when I needed it was most inconvenient.

I am so happy with the purchase of this Rollator! It is very sturdy. The seat is comfortable. It was wide enough to accommodate my big hips. I gave a five for assembly, but some people may need two people to put it together. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality, especially at the price. Since it is a bariatric Rollator, it is a big piece of equipment . It doesn't fit through standard doors.

This is the 3rd one of this walker-rollerator I've purchased over many years of use for each. They are very sturdy for use inside my house. I am able to sit down and prepare food in the kitchen %26 then place items on the seat %26 roll them to the table. I don't use mine outside due the size %26 folding up is a little bulky, so I have a different secondary brand for that.

I love that I can go for long walks with it and have a place to comfortably sit when I get tired or my feet and knees start hurting. The only downside is that it doesn't fold as flat as a traditional one, and it's noticeably heavier to pick up and put in the back of the car. I think I'll use it for my daiky walks and keep the old traditional one in the trunk of the car for short trips to visit family and friends.

Hard to rate this because I had to give it to someone to assemble and I didn't get it back yet but it was very heavy %26 awkward just getting it out of the box You would have thought knowing the type of product this is that it would have been made to use not put together first so We bought a second one that is similar at Walgreens Shame on Walmart for taking advantage of people like this .....

Beware. The packaging it arrives in is inadequate. The contents inside were are shifted and broken apart. I used a small knife to cut open the package and slit right through the faux leather seat. It has shifted inside to be right up against the top cardboard seal. YEA, OK, MY FAULT, but I put full blame on Medline for their cheap packaging. So, I start my review with a slit leather seat, sad. otherwise, assembly was easy, no tools needed. Seems sturdy. Would have liked to see some tread on the wheels. Can't review longevity yet. Wonder if Medline sells leather repair tape for their damaged seat. I contacted medline but got a worthless computer generated response. Thus, recommended so far, but be extra careful unpackaging it.
