[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Medline's Stratasorb Island Wound Dressing is easy to use with for a variety of wounds or chronic wounds requiring more advanced island style dressings. Waterproof and comfortable. Easily removed afterwards too, no chafing upon removal! Super comfortable and breathable, I was able to keep it on while continuing to doing work and it allowed my cut to heal without any issues. Definitely Recommend.

The dressing is easy to apply and remove, and the foam island pad provides excellent cushioning and protection for the wound. The breathable and waterproof design has helped promote a healthy wound environment, and the flexible border conforms comfortably to the skin. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stratasorb sterile island dressings by Medline are really great especially for wounds in those “difficult to stick” areas like the knee and elbow. My son has some road rash on his elbow from a bike accident and these dressings have been amazing. They're very absorbent and I think they have helped speed up the healing process. The bit of padding is nice for comfort. Removal isn't as painful as a lot of medical tape and bandages. I highly recommend these!

They stay on unlike a lot of other brands even really popular brands but the adhesive makes my skin really itchy!! I wore one all day under a pair of jeans to cover an incision to remove a knot. I was fine all day at work for 8 hours but once I got home and took those jeans off, the adhesive started itching like crazy. In fact I'm gonna have to take this one off even though I could probably get another day or two use out of it if I didn't lift the adhesive off my skin

The absorption is great but the bandage part doesn't stick really well unless it's on a completely flat surface like abdomen, back or upper thigh. Any curving area and it starts to peel pretty quickly.

Not waterproof with horrible adhesion ( wound on thigh) total waste of money!

Bandage does not adhere well. I had to put tape on dressing to keep it on.
