Excellent product
This is a very easy fiber to take, so much better than having to mix psyllium powder with tons of water and for me, it also works much better. It's the first fiber that has gotten me “regular”. I will be reordering and taking consistently.

This stuff is amazing!
This brand has 32 servings which is a full month for me. Most liquid fiber brands only have 12 to 14 servings in a bottle.. Long story short this stuff works great, It keeps me regular with no bloating or gas. I usually take mines at night before bed.

Happy tummy
Ever since I started my GLP-1 shots for weight loss. I had so much stomach pain and constipation. I went months this way thinking it was just the way it had to be. I took so many laxatives and I knew that wasn't healthy at all. Then my daughter recommended this product, and literally, in two days, my stomach was completely normal. My movements returned to regularity and my stomach was so relieved and not in pain. This product is extremely helpful for people like me and I'm very grateful to have it!
