These capsules are a bit large for me, but it's no problem to hold them in my mouth for a few seconds to let them soften. Then they go down easily. You're supposed to take 4 per day, which is awkward to spread out, so I usually end up taking 3 per day. But each individual dose is pretty good, with a good variety of minerals, so I think that may be plenty.

This is the best value and quality multi mineral supplement. The ingredients are top notch and the items in other ingredients are very clean and natural. I take this daily, and I can see the results in my lab work. I am very satisfied with this supplement and will continue to include it in my daily regimen.

Multi-mineral supplements are not easy to find. Neither are trustworthy businesses. Thankful for Solaray.

This is a pretty comprehensive multi-mineral supplement There are very few multi-mineral supplements out there that offer these higher levels of multi minerals. I was using Country Life Mega Minerals which I do prefer, but the company has been out of stock for quite some time now.

If I could, I would give this company a negative 10!!! The customer service is AWFUL. I ordered Mega Multi Mineral Iron Free and received a COMPLETELY different item (CIT-MAG CITRATE with VITAMIN D). The company rep that emailed me back "Dolly M." wanted pictures and item to be returned. I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment when a company sent the wrong item!! Buyer Beware-Do not buy from this company and please share!!!
