Have tried many B Complex supplements and this one seems to be the right balance of B vitamins for me. Was looking for something lower in Niacin too which is what I was looking for. So far, so good!

Easy to take. No funky taste or smells. Seem to work well. Sometimes I take 2. This is a good brand with clean ingredients.

The balanced B Complex helps me with a variety of chronic issues. I notice a difference in the strength of my hair and nails, in my mood, and in my energy level. Definitely worth the investment!
