[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A physician recommended this product to me a few years ago. I don't notice any difference in my health. I like this because it has the basic vitamins and minerals you need and more. I prefer without iron because my blood tests show my levels are fine and too much iron is not good. This is the lowest price I was able to find online and shipping is free and I've shopped many times over the years.

I take one daily, vitamin without iron is great for post-menopause. The proprietary blend of foods with the vitamins is just right for me. It never upsets my stomach, and gives me more energy as well. With Mega Food, I know I am taking a true food based vitamin.

Take daily or almost daily, never upsets my sensitive stomach and provides good coverage without unnecessary iron, which I don't need. Tried the daily for women over 55 and a bit of GI irritation so I'm sticking with this one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recommended this product by a doctor. I've been using it for almost 5 years. As is with most vitamin supplements, I don't feel any different. Having said that, I feel it is a good supplement to take on GP.

I was kind of disappointed. The vitamins are not from whole foods. It looks like synthetic vitamins added to some kind of food/yeast concoction. The old formula was more natural - unless the FDA just made you change the label. At least the vitamin proportions are good. I'm going back to getting my vitamins from eating healthy food!

This vitamin made me ill. I have been taking it for years and loved the whole food base and how easy it was on my digestion. With the new packaging and promises of same formula, I am disappointed. Now MegaFood is apparently owned by a pharmaceutical company. Shame.
