Love these because they don't have the alcohol in them, but they are not the children's dose either. Go try to find them in the liquid form that way. I've fought anxiety all my life. It's in my DNA. These do not take it away completely like a medicine, but they also don't make you drowsy, they are not habit forming, they are not personality or mood altering. They take the edge off. They simply work! I really haven't noticed these doing much for my little bouts of anxiety, but they taste great and maybe they have a placebo effect. I would re-buy simply because they MIGHT work and because I like the taste so much.

While I still wake during the night, this seems to help me get back to sleep better than other remedies.

Natrol has the same effective as 3 mg instant release.

I've tried Natrol fast dissolve 3mg melatonin tablets and was happy that they helped me get to sleep. I tried the timed release version to stretch out its effect for when I'd wake up for bathroom runs. It didn't work for me. An hour, or so, after I took the little pill, I was still wide awake. So, I cut a 3mg fast dissolve pill to give the slow release a 1.5mg boost; and, it worked, for a while. I used another aid to get me through the rest of the night. I'm going to give the timed release another try before I give up; but, I have doubts. I did pick up a bottle of 3mg slow release gummies to try, in case the little tablet fails. This tablet is quite a bit smaller than the fast dissolve, which made me wonder about it, before I tried it.

I tried it for a while and it did not help me at all-I was told I would get a refund of my purchase price. If I have to send back product, I will. SJ S
