Excellent vitamin D supplement, helped me to get where I needed to be (no longer deficient) according to lab tests by my doctor (for me, it had good absorbency!) I like that it is only one pill (with a higher dosage) and doesn't contain gelatin. The size of the pill is about 1.5 times the size of an extra strength Tylenol. No taste that I noticed.

love the brand as the quality across their supplements has been consistent. this is my standard vit D supplement. tablets aren't too big and no negative after-effects. this also supported me during a covid recovery period.
