Not a lot to say about vitamin D3. I don't spend much time outdoors anymore. Just had blood work done recently, and my vitamin D levels are normal.

The D3 2,000 works better for preventuve xare.. Try this to prevent getting sick from all of these viral infections running rampant. Unfortunately it does nothing for joint pain or arthritis. I had to return to physical therapy for joint pain relief after a sux to eight month absence. However, I have been taking this vitamin D for over a year, but was taking the D3 1000 until over a few months ago when I switched to D3 2000. Does nothing for joints.
