Great on an Empty Tummy
I have trouble eating in the morning, and this is a great option to take without needing to have eaten first. It doesn't make me feel nauseous like taking regular multivitamins does, even with food.

This is now my daily vitamin
Gluten free, vegetarian, kosher, tested for pesticides, donate 1%. I feel good, my skin looks good. This is now my daily vitamin. I will buy it again.

I've been taking this multi
I've been taking this multi for at least 5 years now, if not longer. Previous multis gave me heartburn and made me feel nauseous, but not this one! I make sure to take this everyday, because I can feel it when I don't, so it must be doing something good in my body!

Changing Needs
I feel supported by this brand. That's important to me to trust what I'm taking, especially as my bodies needs have changed dramatically since getting into my 40s. Life isn't always easy but choosing a vitamin can be.
