As a vegetarian, I was thrilled to find out about MegaFood supplements! Up until that point, I had no idea that most other brands have animal byproducts in their gel! I have told a couple of my relatives who also do not eat meat about these and they were thrilled. It is also nice to find them in some markets as well.

These supplements are great and don't have any taste. They are small and easy to swallow. I have been told to take b12 by my doctor to keep my levels healthy due to my vegan diet. I only wish there was a higher dose option—I have to take 2 tablets per day.

I love that Megafood cares about the quality and effectiveness of their products. I am constantly reordering their products due to their clean ingredients and noticeable results.

I eat a WFPB diet so I must supplement with B12. After much research, I chose Megafood Vegan B12. I have been using for many years now.
