I do not see any results from taking Vitamin D. My medical oncologist highly recommended taking it back in 2018 when I had breast cancer. She is a firm believer that Vitamin D increases immunity. I have had more health issues since 2018 than you can shake a stick at. Also, it was advised to take Vitamin D for my osteoarthritis. If it worked for me, I would not be in physical therapy three or four times a year for stiffness and joint pain. I gave it a four start because the research says it works for joints, and immunity. Maybe it works for others, but not for me. For that reason, I should have given it a one star, because there has been no effect. I am steady fighting infections and inflammation. By the way, I take the 2,000 mg. My primary care doctor mentioned when I had my annual exam last month that taking two much vitamin D can be toxic to your liver. She advised not to take more than 2,000 mg a day.
