I take this daily for all the reasons listed on the package. It's high quality and a small capsule. Does it help? I definitely believe it does. Have had arthritis for decades and this helps me keep moving. I have not experienced burping fish taste or any other negative effects. The small size of the capsule is a huge plus!

I was given the opportunity to try MegaRed 350mg Omega-3 Krill Oil 30 softgels, and it is a smaller capsule. It tastes like vanilla going down. There was no fishy taste, but I did notice the back of my throat was frothy and salty. My parents say that will happen within the first week or so of taking them.
